About Us
Construction management + building science
Spencer Jarrett, Founder & General Contractor
Spencer has managed residential and commercial projects with total construction contract values up to $77 million. We bring that experience to local renovations, additions, repairs, new builds and select small-commercial projects, scaling planning and oversight to fit each project.
Construction leadership
We combine practical construction management with building-science knowledge, coordinating licensed specialists as each project requires and scaling oversight to fit the work.
Experience
Our work draws on Spencer’s Building Science degree from Appalachian State University. We provide energy assessments and performance modeling to help owners compare capital improvements and equipment upgrades by cost, potential savings and building performance.
Accountability
We keep communication direct, coordinate licensed specialists as needed, and manage each project against the agreed scope from planning through completion.
